Back in November we took the kids and my Grandma over to see my Grandpa at the nursing home! While it is difficult to see my Grandpa this way I am so very thankful for the many wonderful memories I have of him growing up!! He is a wonderful Grandpa!! He barely ever talks anymore due to the Alzheimer's but he sure gets a huge grin on his face when he sees the kids!! I love it and it makes the trip so worth it!!
